Wenn das individuelle Training am Gerät zu eintönig ist oder wer etwas Abwechslung vom Trainingsplan sucht, ist in unseren vielfältigen Kursen bestens aufgehoben. Damit die Workouts in der Gruppe noch mehr Spaß machen, haben wir unsere Kursräume auf den allermodernsten Stand gebracht. Das fängt bei der Geräteausstattung an und hört bei der Multimediaanlage noch lange nicht auf. Probiert es aus, es lohnt sich!
